Androidal Xenophobia : Maybe it’s all in the eyes

The Bjork one is significantly less creepy for some reason – similar to that… err… movie about robots with Will Smith in it. I think it’s in the eyes. Humans have incredible powers of anthropomorphism but when it comes to human simulacra, we tend to get creeped out… unless the eyes do look as though they’re windows onto some sort of soul.
